La Fraschetta is in Rome – in the historic and enveloping Testaccio district – and draws inspiration from the ancient Fraschette of the Castelli Romani. Outside, the environment is suggestive, characterized in the warmer seasons by the green pergola and bunches of grapes: the ideal setting to taste the recipes in harmony. Inside, the décor is friendly and informal, with soft lights and colours, wooden furnishings and wine barrels to create an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. There is a careful and passionate search for products and raw materials: the cuisine is typical of the Roman tradition combined with the evocative regional excellence of the Belpaese.
